How do I apply for admission to Kind Grammar School?

  • Last school leaving certificate (for transfers)

When does the admission process begin for new students?

Admissions for the new academic year (starting March) typically open in January. We recommend applying early as seats are limited, especially for popular grades. An entry test and interview are conducted before final confirmation.

Is there an entry test? What does it cover?

Yes, an entry assessment is conducted for Grades 1 and above. It covers:

  • English (reading comprehension and basic grammar)
  • Mathematics (grade-appropriate problems)
  • General Knowledge (for Grades 5 and above)

The test is designed to assess current knowledge level, not to disqualify students — it helps us place each child correctly.

What are the monthly fee rates?

Our fee structure for 2025–2026 is as follows:

  • Pre-Primary (Nursery–KG): Rs. 2,500/month
  • Primary (Grades 1–5): Rs. 3,500/month
  • Middle & Secondary (Grades 6–10): Rs. 5,000/month

A one-time admission fee applies. Textbook and stationery costs are separate. Sibling discounts available.

Are there scholarships or fee concessions available?

Which board/curriculum does Kind Grammar School follow?

Kind Grammar School follows the Punjab Curriculum & Textbook Board (PCTB) national curriculum for all grades. Students in Grades 9–10 appear in the Punjab Board of Secondary Education (PBSE) / Matric Board examinations. Our curriculum also incorporates modern learning methodologies and co-curricular activities beyond the standard board requirements.

What are the school timings?

  • Primary (1–5): 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Middle & Secondary (6–10): 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Office Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Mon–Fri), 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Sat)

Assembly starts at 8:00 AM sharp. Students must arrive 10 minutes early.

How are students assessed and evaluated?

What is the school's uniform policy?

Kind Grammar School has a mandatory uniform policy. The official uniform consists of:

  • Boys: Dark teal shalwar kameez (winter: navy blue blazer), white collar
  • Girls: Dark teal shalwar kameez with dupatta, white collar
  • Shoes: Black shoes for all students
  • P.E. Uniform: White tracksuit (available from school store)

Uniforms are available at the school office at subsidized rates during admission week.
